Corporate Governance
Our corporate governance policies and rules
The policies and rules relating to corporate governance are intended to ensure the proper functioning of the main corporate bodies, the management and administration of the Company and, in general, the development of the business, all in accordance with the legislation in force.
In particular, these policies and standards are structured in three parts: (i) corporate governance and compliance policies, (ii) risk policies, and (iii) governance rules for corporate bodies and other internal functions and committees.
